About
Dana Salzone grew up just outside Chicago. Her love of art began in grade school with frequent trips to the renowned Art Institute of Chicago. Dana was always drawn to Gallery 243 where the works of Claude Monet are housed.
In each painting, she carefully curates a unique palette, and makes sure every inch of the work flows beautifully into its neighboring space, creating the perfect marriage of color. One unique thing about Dana is that she paints with both of her hands.
Dana works with highly pigmented acrylic on large-scale canvas and works from her studio in Madison, NJ. Dana draws inspiration from old photographs of her late grandmother, Jeanne, took in Monet’s gardens in the 1970s.
You can find her work featured in homes and offices across the country, as well as several fine art galleries.
